A collection of songs that were recorded in spare time and afterthoughts. More of a therapeutic release than a concept or album. I came to the end of a period in my life when things settled down and i discovered these songs that had been recorded and almost immediately forgotten. Not because they're lesser but because they didn't all seem to make sense until I could look back in retrospect and really understand them. Songs that happened in "The Background and the Aftermath"
